MEET NICOLE

Nicole Dodd is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist based in Tewkesbury, working with clients across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and the Cotswolds.

Qualified since 2019, she trained with leading practitioners in modern hypnotherapy, NLP, and EFT, and continues to develop her work through an integrative, client-centred approach.

Nicole specialises in supporting sleep, stress, confidence, and performance through calm, tailored one-to-one sessions designed to create meaningful and lasting change.

Her work combines cognitive hypnotherapy with practical, evidence-informed techniques to support both emotional and behavioural change.

Sessions are available in-person or online and are adapted to each individual’s needs, pace, and goals.

How I Work

My approach combines Cognitive Hypnotherapy with practical, solution-focused techniques drawn from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and other evidence-informed therapeutic tools.

Each session is fully personalised and guided by what you need in that moment. There is no fixed script or one-size-fits-all approach — instead, we work together to explore and shift the patterns that may be holding you back, while building practical strategies you can use in everyday life.

Sessions are calm, collaborative, and designed to create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
